After years of
showing dogs I have decided to change
species and show cats instead. Ok if y'all
bought into that one you are more gullible
then I thought.
Because of
being away on weekend due to performance
events and the occasional shows Jay and I
were both feeling guilty about Dexter being
left home alone by himself. That is at least
what we are telling our dog friends. In
reality we simply LOVE the Ragdoll a breed
that has a lot of dog like characteristics.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this
enduring breed.
After a few
months of searching we were lucky to find
Linus at Galaxyrags. His breeder had kept
him and another boy as a possible king for
another cattery. After it was decided that
the other boy had a more suitable pedigree
Linus was put up for adoption.
Linus came
home on November 14th, 2008 and is fitting
right in with the family. He loves the Field
Spaniels and he and Josh play throughout the
day. He has the wonderful typical ragdoll
personality. His mischievous nature keeps
all on their toes throughout the day, but
when he winds down his giant purr can be
heard across the room.
Linus has
grown to be a pretty big boy...weighing in
around 20 pounds he continues to have the
most outstanding temperament. He will let
Josh do anything to him and never even
complains. Linus does well with traveling
and he quickly became my parent's favorite "grandkitty".
Always a ham and wanting to be the center of
attention this boy continues to the clown of
the family!

Are Ragdolls good with
Kids? You be the judge....

1.5 years old and not done
growing yet!
