So this adventure stated out with re-connecting with an old friend. I have known Christina for many years as she also had and showed field spaniels. We were both new to the breed at the time and I saw her at many many shows. She had her fields that she loved and showed.
Christina was looking for a field spaniel and had met another Sawyer kid and contacted me about getting a puppy. She said she wanted a performance boy that she could also show. So I watched my upcoming litter carefully and picked out a puppy for her that would hopefully be the puppy she dreamed about. Christina and her husband and in love with this wonderful boy. They say he is absolutely wonderful around their home and such a joy to work and train,
Axel is a delightful boy that so far is LOVING performance. He is training and competing in many performance venues and has already started earning titles before he was even two years old. Watch for Axel and his owners in both the show and performance rings! I have a feeling we will be doing a lot of updates on this incredible boy!
