So back in 2022 I told my son Caleb that he could keep a puppy from our upcoming litter. He was excited and I warned him we have to wait till the puppies arrive. Well arrived the did with a HUGE litter of 13 puppies! In this litter was 1 roan girl and instantly Caleb was drawn to her. I kept telling him we have to wait till she was 8 weeks old to evaluate. Well by 4 weeks he picked his little roan girl up and said "Mine, Mine and Mine" I guess you know when you know and who was I to argue with a 12 year old boy.
Katja is honestly the best dog for Caleb. She is calm and patient and always willing to work hard for her boy. The bond they share is undeniable. Caleb trains her almost daily and I am sure in the future we shall have a LOT of fun updates.
